The furniture is modern and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The apartment belongs to the Rocamaura complex which offers many amenities such as a large community pool, tennis courts, playground and one parking space per apartment. The price includes all utilities such as water, electricity, WIFI and air conditioning, as well as the use of the pool and one parking space per apartment. Bedding, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels are also provided, with a weekly change of bedding and towels for stays of 2 weeks or more.

we had a very nice stay and are satisfied with the spacious and fully furnished apartment. we really liked the central location and the large balcony. the white floor (of which several tiles are broken) does ask regularly cleaning. nice that the stuff for this is present, just like a washing machine. we only missed a baking pan. we definitely recommend this apartment.

he estado con mi familia y la estancia en general ha sido perfecta, el apartamento es amplio con una gran terraza, limpio y bien equipado. Suggestions or improvements: el único fallo está en la hora de salida a las 10:00, es demasiado pronto.

todo muy bien. Suggestions or improvements: a mejorar el horario de check-in y check-out. nosotros entramos antes, pero poner la entrada a las 17:00 y la salida a las 10:00 me parece excesivo y puede retraer a posibles clientes. me parecría suficiente cón em hoteles entrada a las 14:00 y saidsa a las 12:00. 2 horas para limpiar me parecen suficientes.
